At St. Peter's we have a tradition of combining both high expectation for all our pupils and a curriculum that is forward looking and appropriate to the needs of the 21st century . As the world of education changes in response to the changing society , so do we at St. Peter's make sure that we are in touch with new initiatives that a school must embrace .
The school has a committed and experienced staff who give a great deal of consideration to helping pupils settle, so that they quickly feel at home, have a sense of belonging and develop an attachment to the school. Fine schools are built upon twin pillars of academic achievements and involvement in the life of the school, its sporting and cultural activities. We promote excellence by encouraging pupils to achieve their personal best within a happy and understanding environment. The school community gives all its members an opportunity to learn, to live harmoniously with people of different abilities and background. We value all our pupils as individuals
At St. Peter's we have a spacious, airy and a well-stocked Library to inculcate the habit of reading amongst students as well as teachers. Library is a learning resource centre as it promotes intellectual curiosity and builds up an emotional balance..
Besides the regular Music, Dance, Martial Arts being a part of the daily time table, special emphasis is given to public speaking and the keen-ness to participate in the class level activities. These are taken as tasks for the formative assessments to encourage each child to participate.
The school has well maintained and manicured play grounds for the outdoor sports facilities. It has four red clay Tennis Courts of very high standards for Tennis, a rare facility in the schools. Two mini tennis courts are also available to motivate the young minds.
